The electrolysis pot tending assembly is the key equipment of the large-scale prebaked anode electrolysis plant. It is in the environment of high-temperature molten salt, high current, strong magnetic field, much dust and HF flue gas. It can complete the following technological operations of large-scale aluminum electrolysis cells with large-scale and multi-point feeding:
● open the electrolyte crust around the anode;
● lift the residual electrode and replace it with a new anode;
● clean the residual electrode blocks and crusts in the anode pit and place new anodes;
● add alumina and covering filler to the surface of the new anode group
● lifting and measuring of aluminum ladle;
● lift the anode bus lifting frame and auxiliary anode bus Line;
● installation and maintenance of electrolytic cell hoisting;
● complete the sporadic lifting work in the plant.
