The main functions of smart cranes are as follows: (1) Automatic grasping, loading and unloading Grasping, loading and unloading and stacking are the basic operations of the intelligent crane and also the conventional functions. The full-automatic function meets the working efficiency of the smart crane, which is not lower than the normal manual operation, and the input rate of full-automatic control is ≥ 90%. (i.e. the full-automatic operation time shall not be less than 7.2 hours if it is calculated as 8 hours per shift) (2) Whether the automatic material waiting and loading / unloading area is idle When the intelligent crane automatically grabs or loads and unloads materials, it shall have the function of automatic detection of material platform to detect the state of materials in real time to avoid empty grabbing or stacking.(3) Automatically judge the timing of grasping and feeding The full-automatic control of smart crane should judge the timing of grasping and loading and unloading according to the production priority, and queue up the received tasks. (4) Safety protection and interlocking under fully automatic working condition In principle, the operation mode of intelligent crane in the same span of the workshop is one for use and one for standby. In order to ensure that there is no accident during its normal operation, it must have perfect interlocking protection function, anti-collision protection between two cranes, limit protection between intelligent crane and surrounding walls, limit protection of intelligent crane trolley, etc. In addition, the original protection function of the smart crane needs to be retained and continue to be used. (5) Emergency handling function of emergencies under full-automatic working conditions. The full-automatic control of smart crane shall have perfect protection mechanism. For some emergencies, such as stacking collapse, serious inclination of spreader, circular rotation of steel wire rope, etc., it shall have emergency handling and alarm functions. (6) Optimization of anti sway function of smart crane adopts the platform crown closed-loop anti sway technology. It is proposed to adopt the optimization method of physical anti sway and virtual mathematical model anti sway, which complement each other to achieve the purpose of simplicity and practicality, so as to ensure safety. (7) On the premise of people-oriented and safety first, the function of identifying personnel when the crane is walking is to establish an infrared personnel identification system. In the normal working and moving area of the crane, a safety grid is installed to divide the outside of the area. At the same time, an infrared camera is installed to identify the personnel in the dangerous area, so as to realize the automation and safety of the whole transfer process.
